In many cases relating to PFA removal of a spouse or cohabitant,  divorce or separation parents of a child have NOT  worked out a visitation/custody agreement. As a result matters may not always be in the child’s best interest and safety. The court may not have sufficient evidence at the time to identify that there are issues with either parent that may be putting the child at risk.

Our experienced and licensed investigators can obtain the video, photo, witness or physical evidence needed to gain the proper outcome or decision by a family court to award custody to the most responsible parent. It could even save a child’s life.
